RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
- * We DO allow returns for manufacturer defects. Please send us an email (nkmoore54@gmail.com) with a picture of the defect along with your order# and/or email. Our team will send you a prepaid label for return. Once we receive in UNWASHED ORIGINAL PACKAGING we will be more than happy to issue you a refund.
- * We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. All of our items have size charts, so please utilize these as we strive to describe each product accurately.
- * Please note: There may be slight color variances due to different screens ( laptops, phones, or tablets). All of our photos are real life photos so what you see if what you receive.
SHIPPING
- * We take pride on shipping the cheapest way possible so our customers are not having to pay the outrageous shipping fees. We ship by weight of entire order.
- * ALL items ship out 48-72 hours after placing orders. Any order placed after 4:00 p.m. eastern time are considered on the next days order.
- * If you need upgraded shipping, please contact our team asap for a quote PRIOR to ordering so we can accommodate your needs.
- * Once shipped, you will be notified with tracking information via many sources. Please remember to check out our reward program for VIP customers.
